Sisterhood Shabbat

What's Sisterhood Shabbat?  It's when Sisterhood members lead the Shabbat morning service, including reading Torah and Haftorah, as well as other parts of the service. Sisterhood Shabbat is following by a Kiddush luncheon prepared by Sisterhood members. If you would like to participate in the service, please contact Cara Shapiro. We are also looking for volunteers on the Friday before to help prepare a Kiddush luncheon.

Torah Fund Campaign dessert reception – Save the Date

Adath Israel Sisterhood will honor Charlotte Hattenbach, our Woman of Achievement 5779, at a dessert reception for our Torah Fund Campaign. The Torah Fund Campaign, sponsored by the Women's League for Conservative Judaism, is an annual fundraiser for Conservative Jewish seminaries across the world.
