Led by local author and photographer Daniel Epstein, this unique workshop features small group discussions about expanding our awareness and understanding of people who are different from us.

Daniel, a member of Adath Israel Congregation, wrote Portraits in Faith in 2021, a book featuring interviews with and portraits of more than 500 people from 29 different countries.

Portraits in Faith is now a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation committed to creating sacred listening experiences such as workshops and artistic installations, along with ongoing publishing of portraits and interviews, to drive the idea that there is no “Other.”
