What’s Sisterhood Shabbat?  It’s when Sisterhood members lead the Shabbat morning service, including reading Torah and Haftorah, as well as other parts of the service.

This year, Sisterhood Shabbat will be a virtual event on Zoom. Following the service, we are inviting everyone to stay on Zoom to kibbutz a bit and partake in a FREE sweet Kiddush treat bag prepared by Creations by Melody.

Please RSVP by January 31 to aisisterhood@gmail.com to let us know how many treat bags you will need. Each bag is for one person. Pick up* of the Kiddush bags is from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 4 at Adath Israel. If you are unable to pick up the bag during that time, please contact Rebecca Goldwasser at tamarhrgold@live.com or by phone at (513) 240-1772.

*During the pickup, we’d LOVE for you to participate in our collection drive for the Jewish Family Service Food Pantry. They are in need of the following items:

• Coffee
• White and brown rice, both Kosher and non-Kosher
• Condiments, both Kosher and non-Kosher
• Kosher soup
• Canned salmon, both Kosher and non-Kosher
• Dish soap
• Cleaning supplies
• Laundry detergent
