Featuring a group discussion of Mother Earth, Feminism, and Climate Justice led by Wyn Garfinkle Plymesser

Followed by a special breath work session focused on calming the nervous system and reconnecting back to our bodies, facilitated by C.A. “Yael” Lewis, a certified Professional Holistic Life Coach & Mind/Body/Breath Instructor. You will be able to select essential oils to use during the session.
